The design challenge
The investment is one decision.
The product has to support everything around it.
An investor needs to evaluate a property, understand the purchase, complete verification, choose a payment method, and follow what happens next. These steps involve different rules, but the person should still be able to follow the same investment.
We structured the app around four connected areas: discovery, transactions, holdings, and money. Each screen carries forward the relevant property and status, so a submitted investment, a confirmed holding, and an available wallet balance remain distinct.
01 / Exploration and commitment
Let people explore.
Ask for verification when it matters.
The onboarding flow introduces the investment model and lets people browse before completing identity verification. Investing, deposits, and withdrawals require the relevant checks.
Verification is divided into investment interests, address, and identity documents. Progress and incomplete states show what is left to do, including when someone leaves and returns. The flow supports exploration without hiding the requirements for taking action.
02 / Two market models
Buying into a property
is different from buying from another investor.
The primary market presents new properties with a fixed token price and funding progress. The secondary market presents listings from existing holders. We kept those contexts explicit because the information and purchase decisions are different.
In a primary purchase, the investor starts with an amount of money and sees the corresponding tokens. In a secondary purchase, the number of available tokens and the listing price define the order. The flow carries those differences through review and payment.
03 / Transactions and balances
Make every money movement
traceable.
The wallet separates fiat and crypto balances, with dedicated deposit, withdrawal, and transaction‑history views. Payment review brings together the amount, fees, available funds, and selected method before submission.
A submitted investment is not presented as a confirmed holding. Pending, confirmed, and failed states have their own treatment, and notifications lead back to the relevant transaction. This gives investors a way to understand what is complete and what still needs attention.
04 / Ownership over time
Keep the property in view
after the purchase.
The portfolio connects overall value and invested capital with individual property holdings. Investors can move from the overview into the tokens they hold, the status of an investment, and its payout history.
Filters and property‑level detail support different questions without turning every visit into a new search. The same property context that guided the purchase remains available when people review their position later.
Design outcome
A connected investment experience,
from first visit to ongoing ownership.
We delivered the mobile product design across onboarding, verification, both market models, checkout, wallet operations, and portfolio tracking. The work gives the development team a consistent set of flows and states for an investment journey that continues well beyond the purchase.
