The construction industry has been grappling with numerous challenges in logistics management. Heavy reliance on manual processes led to inefficiencies, such as miscommunication and disorganized scheduling. The lack of detailed, real-time information contributes to project disarray, escalated costs, material wastage, and missed deliveries.
